CHARTER CABIN ATTENDANT
As a Charter Cabin Attendant at FlyTru, you are the face of the onboard experience, delivering personalized, high-end service that reflects the luxury and professionalism of private aviation. From the moment clients board, you are responsible for creating a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment. Your duties include preparing the cabin prior to each flight, managing inflight catering and amenities, anticipating and addressing passenger needs, and ensuring compliance with all FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures. You will work closely with flight crews and operations staff to stay informed on client preferences and special requests, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times. This role demands poise, initiative, and exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to represent FlyTru’s brand with elegance and efficiency at every altitude.
CHARTER OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
The Charter Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in the seamless coordination of FlyTru's private charter flights. You will be responsible for organizing and managing all logistical aspects of each trip, including flight scheduling, crew assignments, airport arrangements, permits, ground transportation, catering, and special client requests. This role requires sharp attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills to interact effectively with pilots, clients, vendors, and internal teams. You'll also ensure all documentation is compliant with FAA and international aviation regulations, proactively handle any in-flight or ground-based disruptions, and support real-time tracking of aircraft to ensure punctuality and operational integrity. Your ultimate goal is to guarantee each charter is executed smoothly, safely, and with a client-first mindset.
CHARTER SALES ASSOCIATE
As part of the Charter Sales team, you are the first point of contact for FlyTru’s clientele and are responsible for converting inquiries into bookings through a consultative, high-touch sales approach. You will assess the unique travel needs of each client, offer tailored aircraft and route solutions, and prepare competitive quotes with detailed itinerary planning. Success in this role requires an in-depth understanding of the private aviation market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. In addition to closing sales, you will follow up post-flight to gather feedback, ensuring service excellence and long-term loyalty. Your role is key to revenue growth, client retention, and upholding FlyTru’s reputation for personalized, premium service.
AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
FlyTru’s Charter Maintenance Staff are highly skilled technicians responsible for ensuring the airworthiness, safety, and operational readiness of the company’s fleet. Your primary duties include performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and unscheduled repairs in accordance with FAA guidelines and manufacturer recommendations.
